Studio Sanjay Sarvaiya is a multidisciplinary architecture, interior design, and graphic design studio.
The studio works at multiple scales and with various organizations right from private clients to corporates & NGOs. This allows us to experiment and diversify work: planning, architectural & interior projects, such as luxury villas, low & high end residences and unique offices, as well as healthcare planning & institutional projects.
The studio’s design approach is to re-connect architecture with nature, make optimum and efficient use of space, natural materials, natural light & landscape to reinvent and transform living & built environment.
The Studio strives to create design that inspires, approaching each project, regardless of size & scale, with an understanding that architecture has a unique power to influence, people and lifestyle.
Our forte is attention to details and spatial design. Honesty to design, client satisfaction, and sustainability are the driving forces, along with the ability to constantly explore & evolve in latest technology and design trends.
The Studio is dedicated to unique design approaches adapted to each project, and achieving a balance between functionality & aesthetics, context, climate, material, cost & time-frame.
The studio’s principal is registered architect with the Council of Architecture, India.
The studio’s architecture emerges from the idea that a building should be expressive and reflect contemporary life. We believe that bold design must be realized with sustainable technology and we strongly believe that the art of architecture lies in creating a maximum impact within the constraints of budgets and functionality. Our Studio is a collaboration of architects and designers that believe architecture is a practice of optimism.
