Proposed clustered decentralised management of water, waste and energy services to benefit the synergy of services. Applied smart solutions based on IoT intelligent systems for solar rooftop, water and waste management to reduce the material demand and improving resource efficiency and sustainability ratings of the project. The integration of the proposed economically viable model with the Smart City Mission (SCM) of India was to build smart and sustainable communities.


"The Master of Science Degree Programme REAP – “Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning” is an international and interdisciplinary programme at HafenCity University, Hamburg that is concerned with sustainable planning. It aims to enable participants to promote sustainable architecture and urban development in the different geographical urban fabrics and cultural settings. During their studies, REAP students obtain knowledge and skills within the following areas:
- Sustainability 
- Water, Material and Energy Cycles in the city 
- Resource-efficient urban technologies and infrastructure
- Sustainable resource management 
- Economics and administration of buildings and urban services 
- Legal and policy instruments 
- Urban Planning
- Research methods and statistics
